Buck-n-Guns

Some Bucks and some guns.

Another Buck with a custom Crosman. The knife is a Buck 400. It is shown with a Crosman Silhouette Sport Pistol modified with a breach/barrel assembly to load the .380 shotshell used in the Crosman model 1100 air shotgun.

How does your modified SSP250 shoot ?

Am I correct in assuming it uses a barrel from the pnu-dart 179b ?
Are those original trapmaster shells easy to source ?

Very interesting build.
The last 2240 build I did I was going to make it a rear cocker, but forgot that the co2 tube is larger than the msp tube and the rear cocking hammer I had from an old 1377 was too small.

Hickory n steel Hickory n steel An airgun builder Dennis Quackenbush made up a bunch of these years ago. The breech is machined from solid and I believe the barrel is DOM tubing. The knob rotates the barrel and slides it forward allowing the case to be inserted directly into the breech. The lower is stock. Not particularly powerful but alot of fun. I've collected airguns since the early 80's and have a bunch of the 1100 stuff acquired years ago. The plastic cases are reloadable using a wad so you don't really need alot of them. I don't know about current availability. There was an old acquaintence machining cases from aluminum and selling a reloading kit but that was 30 years ago. /Roger

Image to maintain thread relevance. I've shown this one several times. (055 and a Marlin .22)

Nice knife, and cooo gun.

Thanks for the info about your gun.
I've heard of quackenbush, Tim Macmurray has mentioned him a time or two and I have one of his left handed breeches.

Nice sig! Is that a P238 or a P938? My neighbor has a 938 and he loves it!

Last week I bought a sig pocket pistol as well, a P365.

Pictured here with a Buck for the sake of conforming with thread topic :)

p238 all stainless frame and slide. first hd they made.

i have a p365, first version but with thumb safety. bit too big for my jeans pockets. I tried, but went to iwb holster on it. its a good 9mm but still a little gun. easy to shoot.
