Buck Neck Knive

As I stated earlier the problem with the sheath is currently in the prototype phase and will be ready soon. So we have not been blind to the problem, and it will be resolved soon.

Cool.

Thanks for the info, and for posting in this thread.

From a big Buck fan,

I too have purchased a Hartshook and it falls out of the sheath every now and then. I added an extra chain to the neck chain to hold the knife in case it falls out, but I keep thinking I will get gutted one day when I go to sit down, so now I do not carry it anymore. How do we get the replacement when it becomes available?

Just purchased it three weeks ago!

I will keep you guys posted. When we get the new sheaths in i will let you all know.
You will get a new one at no cost through warranty.

How can you not love this Company?
Yes, sometimes it seems like they can't die right. But they always step up to the plate.

I have a Hartsook myself and got another for a friend. Both came with extremely loose sheaths where the knife would come out when carrying it in my pocket. Me and my friend both wrapped the end near the knife with black electrical tape, ground off the lanyard loop on the sheath and carry them in our pocket without any problems now. The entire package is extremely flat like this. I've also thought about hooking the knife onto my keyring using the hole in the handle.

I agree, Buck is a great company. I have had many Buck knives in the past: The "General", Vangard Pro-Line, 119 Special, many folders too. and I will continue to purchase more.

Thanks for your quick reply.
