:thumbup: Hi Guys,

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jeff and BUCK Knives.

I recently bought my first 301 with Yellow Delrin handles. Loved the knife size, weight everything, BUT my knife had a problem with the spey blade rubbing and not closing properly. The main issue was that I bought it online in the States and had it shipped over to the UK with some other items. No problem with the dealer, they were happy to exchange, but the shipping would have been costly compared to cost of knife.

I contacted Jeff and BUCK knives and asked them for advice to see if I could fix it myself. Jeff had BUCK pick me out a new 301 as replacement, sent it free and let me keep the old one. You could not have asked for more than that.

I've experienced Buck's customer service a few times and have always been impressed...they do it right.
