Buck Bro's,

I have been wanting to "collect" a Buck Vanguard and am curious as to what all "handles" have been offered. I do not intend to "use" this knife so I am not interested in the rubber handle model. I see Cocobola wood, and some kind of "cherry" wood offered. Was Stag ever offered? Who has the definitive answer on what all has been offered with this particular model?

There is a 192 in the very back of the 07 dealer catalog. The knife has a mirror polished blade with an elk cutout in the blade, and an elk/walnut handle. I have also seen some with charcoal handles. Hope this helps.

Yes there are some stag models. JB4570 has some posted somewhere.
Also some stag with rosewood spacers...
Bahama cherrywood?
Rosewood...

French green handles...

They are "rubbery"

Quite comfy to use and they have good grip wet or dry. It isnt a real soft rubber, but you can flex it and move it around (a very little)
Its not hard plastic like a phenolic handle.
