some kind words for two very well known makers. Not too long ago I purchased a set of Tung Pan knives that were made by Allen and Bud on the secondary market. The knives needed some work to bring them up to contemporary standards. Buds' knife needed sharpening and Allens' knife needed to have the liner trimmed. Both did the work at no charge and Bud even threw in some updates on the carrying system. A class act all the way for each.
