I'm not expert in autos but I think it is single action. It works like bm6150 or Halo V - by push button it fires out anf locks with framelock. When closing you release framelock and push blade against spring to closed position.
It doesn't need safety I think - fire button is in a flat with carbon fiber inlay it it impossible to fire by accident.

Can you open it with your thumb while not hitting the fire button? That's what D/A double action is.
