Bulletproof!

If you want a hollow handled knife, I would stick with a Chris Reeve one piece design as was already mentioned. They are very good knives made of A2. I'm sure you could find what you want on his website. Good luck.

I am glad that they are bullet proof because I can't think of much else they would be good for, I think if you started prying and put any torque on that handle it would break. Chris

These look like 'works of art' more than practical blades. For that money you can get a whole kit of proven blades. Hollow handles have the potential weakness of the joint, so how can they be bullet proof. If you like/want a hollow handle blade - do yourself a favour and get a CRK, better steel and porven reputation for durability.

Heck - for that money get a large CRK one piece for heavy tasks and a Sebenza for lighter tasks.

I have no problem with 'works of art', I just do not consider them knives. To be a knife it must be something that I would use in the field/bush.

 Holy cow that is expensive. I'll stick to my Ontario rat knife and mora thank you.:D I alos saw something that a SOG knife can split a bullet and it's made of AUS-8.

For the price of ONE of those knives, you could buy a Busse FBM, a Swamp Rat Battle Rat, a Scrapyard Dogfather, a couple of HI Khukuris, a Fallkniven F1, a VTAC hawk, and a Swiss Army Knife.

Let's see, all of that, OR a ridiculous looking hollow handled Rambo knife with giant saw teeth on the back made of low end stainless steel. Tough decision.

While 440C is an OK steel for some stuff, it AINT worth that price, and not great imo, for a huge, badly designed chopper with a ridiculous guard, and Rambo handle. Nothing about those overpriced hunks of trash is impressive. Straight up, mall ninja gear. Not only is the price stupid, but for the same weight, or less, you could carry a well made chopper, and a small blade as well. As alluded to in another post, you could literally get a full set of survival knives for less cash. And I just have to ask what in the world are those "teeth" designed to cut?

You can get a couple, tie some strings to the handle and drap them over yourself for a bullet proof ghillie knife suit!

But seriously, for that price I rather just rips pieces of sheet metal off the car/plane/train wreck with my mulit-tool and cut with that...my life aint worth that much!!

I actually just went through the entire site, and have to say that those are honestly some of the most crude knives I have seen in quite a while. That Godzilla sized titanium folder is just wrong in so many ways, and I love the fact that he sprayed the edge with a magic 90-100 Rc Carbide LOL. The grinds, the guards, the sawteeth (if you can call them that), are just badly done. This is either a sad but well intentioned guy who is trying hard, but not quite there, or a jerk who revels in taking idiots money from them. I am not a big poster usually, but this just tickled my funny bone. I wonder if this Farid dude knows the guys over at Dark Ops? Maybe they could get together and dynamically deanimate some people with their super duper alien cataclysm battle blades.

if you like that style just buy you a Buck Buckmaster survival knife but that thing is crazy looking and waaaaay over priced ! I like my RAT's !

Overpriced & Farid was a jerk the one time I met him- very condescending & had nothing good to say about BF. Wouldn't own one of his knives if it was free.

why would anybody be caught dead with such an ugly knife, not even in a survival situation, the handle could come from a ugly as hell competition, has anybody ever used such a design, airkats here I come

Just for your info, Ernest Emerson did also cover he,s blade,s with Carbide.

My Stuff: www.survivalknives.ch

And I am equally unimpressed by that as well. I will give sincere credit to Emerson for some very nice knives, but I have no need for a knife that is not sharp, and that I cannot sharpen myself. If I need to kill aliens, or dismantle anti-matter generators I might get one, but I like to buy sharp knives, that I can make sharper. Just my .02 :D

.I think that if you like these knives, get one...I do think that they are sub-standard and not near as good as several cheaper and stronger knives out there...thats just my opinion. I normally don't chime in to pick on a knife, but these are very over priced, considering the materials.
