Thanks Mark! Here's one that shows off some Karelian Birch.
OAL: 9.25"
Blade: 4" full flat grind, hand sanded to 600 grit
Steel: 0.156" O-1
Handle: Stabilized Karelian Birch from Burl Source with blue G10 liners and natural micarta pins and lanyard tube.

A little EDC knife I made for our gun club's fund raiser. Damascus billet from Alabama damascus and beautiful stabilized redwood burl from Burl Source.

Thanks Mark for the Generous contest! Such a hard choice... so many awesome pieces of wood over the years. Had to show an example of my favorite from Mark Karelian Birch. This is a little belt knife popular with Bow hunters in this area, some even have a sheath built into their arm guard.

I'd say about 90% of the wood in my stash comes from Mark.

Karelian Birch is one of my favorites as well. This photo is from a few years back.
