I have a Burr Oak knives splinter. It has a san mai blade, damascus bolsters and desert ironwood scales. I have had the knife for about two weeks now and it has broken in nicely. The blade is slightly off center but does not rub. I am looking for a Murray Carter kitchen knife but will entertain other offers. Thanks for looking.
