I'm really thinking of adding my name to the list, but I'm not sure if I can gather up the funds. Any idea how long the list will be open so I know quickly I need to find the cash?
 
It'll be open permanently. I'm making extras and will have some available later on. The sign-up list is more of a "first come, first served" list. :thumbup:

There are probably those who signed up at ~50 thinking they would be last...now they're in the middle! :D :p

raindog - yes, I use 3/16" on my nessmuks. I really only use 1/4" on the bigger stuff. But, hey, I'll listen to the crowd. :D :p
 
The handle material on the nessie may be 3/16, but the steel is also thicker, so 1/4 on the buscraft should feel the same, no?
 
Dan, after much deliberation and back and forth stuff, I will go with the thicker please -- #3 on your list.

61 on the list and I'll go thicker. The balance on this knife to me does not seem all that important. Balance back towards the handle is fine by me.

Alright, I've been unable to stop staring at pictures of the second prototype, so I'm in for one!

I'll take one with the 1/4" green micarta! I'd like to wait on the sheath until I can see what they look like, if that's OK.

Is it crucial how soon our order is placed onto your website as well? Or when payment is sent?
