Dan,

I payed with PayPal, but it says "Check" under my payment info on the Order Tracker. It also says that I've payed the whole sum (which is correct), so maybe this doesn't matter?

you can spark a firesteel with glass, flint is the one you need to worry about using an appropriate striker

Darbyfett - the designs I've been looking at have not included a loop for a firesteel. I may have to keep looking...but anybody willing to make 60-70 sheaths for a low price hasn't been interested in putting a loop or a pouch on it as well. :(
 
Update on handle preferences so far (not including those unspecified):

3/16" thickness
- Natural = 32
- Green = 20

1/4" thickness
- Natural = 31
- Green = 35

Dan, sign me up for another one in Green Canvas Micarta, 1/4". There might be a sheath involved with this one, I will let you know.
