On the Belt, I use:
Folding: Buck 110 or Old Timer 6OT or 7OT or slipjoint two blade Folding Hunter.
Fixed: Mora Number1 (stained red Beachwood handle (I dislike the red stain, no guard, 3.9inch blade) or Cold Steel FINN BEAR.
I also keep a heavy duty pocketknife, such as a (large) Stockman, Moose, or (large) Sunfish/Britisg Rope Knife/Pocket Axe/Elephant Toe/ Emergency Spatula, or whichever of the 50 plus names it's known as, in my pocket.
In the distant past, I used a Ontario 499 "Jet Pilot Survival Knife" when a member of the BSA, and later a Western L66 or Old Timer 152 "Sharp Finger" for my fixed blade/belt knife.
Note: I also carried a pocket saw and an axe, hatchet, or Tommy Hawk when I went into the woods/boonies/sticks, for any chopping/wood splitting tasks that came up. (not often, to be honest. I usually managed to find enough suitable wind downed firewood, and dry leaves, dry grass, moss, twigs, etc. for kindling laying around the campsite, no matter how remote it was.
