Hi all!

NOTE: This knife has a small defect. See below in description. Knife is priced accordingly.

This is a solid, traditional bushcraft knife with a true scandi grind and 90 degree spines for working a firesteel. The knife is made from 1/8ā€ O-1 tool steel, a premier choice for bushcraft knives.

Knife is 9ā€ long with 4 1/4ā€ cutting edges which has been hand stropped to a razors edge. The handles are contoured in the traditional bushcraft style, with a gentle palm swell, providing comfort during long term use and repetitive tasks. This one is handled in a beautiful smooth Indian Ebony which has been hand sanded to 800 grit. Red vulcanized paper liners really make the handle pop!

This knife was heat treated and tempered in a digital controlled Evenheat knife kiln and then oil quenched and tempered 2x2 hours to achieve a hardness of approximately 59 RC.

The knife comes with kydex sheath and deer antler ferro rod as shown.

I am offering this knife at only $OLD shipped (USA). This is a very low price because of a defect. I accept PayPal F&F, money order or check.

DEFECT: on the show side of the knife there is a small crack in the handle by the lanyard tube. I have shown it in the pictures. It will not impact knife performance and I doubt it will change beyond what it is. However, the price is reflective of this defect so please make your purchase decision accordingly.

Thanks for considering my work! Comments and questions are always welcome.

Mike

So……

I chopped, whittled, feather sticked, cut, sliced with this guy for about an hour and a half today and it never slowed down. Still runs through paper and no problems at all with whatever the defect is. Amazing quality. Not amazing quality for the price, simply just amazing quality. Beautiful work on the palm swell. These battered hands appreciate it the contours.

I don’t know how often you work with O-1 but you knocked it out of the park. Wish I’d thought and videoed it working through the locust. Thank you sir. Blasted Hill Knives Blasted Hill Knives
