Fit & finish is slick and it is sharp. You should have left the pictures up.
Two quick questions.....
1. What woods were these?
2. Do I need to put anything on the wood now and then to keep it at it's best ?? If so, what would that be?

Thats Bubinga, and Hard Maple. I'd rub some mineral oil on it every once in a while. (Good for the blade too.) But Bubinga is oily and waxy, and stable naturally. (And harder than files almost, or at least it felt that way...)
