is the grind/plunge line different, or is that just a trick of the light or the coating?
looks like full flat grind vs saber grind? Do we have the full specs/options on these yet? 3/16th thick. Length? Width? I'm buying one either way, just curious about my future mistress.
I'm pretty sure thats all angle. the proto pic is much closer to being taken at a 90 degree angle, where the others are closer to 70 degree's. that will tend to make a knife look shorter and broader, and will distort distances considerably. It's one of the reasons 50mm is such a popular portrait lens - the slight pincussioning of a wide angle isn't normally a problem except when it comes to faces where even a minute change makes the difference of a person looking normal or like a completely different person.
