Is this INFI steel? Also, where are the handle scales?

yes it's INFI fella. Assault Shakers never had scales - it'd designed to be a lightweight EDC !!

This IS an old thread, but I have a Scrapyard Regulator w/sheath if you're interested. The Busse AS was one of my long-ago grails.
