That BB looks to be a pretty good all-rounder, one knife solution. And the BG versions seems like a good value.

Not really into the cleaver especially at $800, but the Bunker Buster has a nice design/curves to it. Very nice. :thumbup:

Dang I tried to fight the urge but my big green egg needs a piece of cutlery as awesome as it is. I had to go BG version though. It would have been awesome chopping with satin infi but maybe I will luck out with my grab bag still. I was gonna buy a blank piece of steel and add a handle but fate has spoken.

That's King George V, which is about the same price as a Bunker Buster LE. Blue is the BG version.

It's a mistake on the website. According to the email, it should be:

OAL: 10.5"
Blade Length: 5.49"

I'm hoping for a Cleaver LE to be in my grab bag, or rather to BE my grab bag. That is sweet.

Loved the Chop House, so really digging these BB. Ideal for me would be the Infi .22" in the res c. Yum. Maybe something a bit squared off would be better on a blade this size instead of the skull crusher.


What's really got a hold of me though, are the handles on the Cleavers. Are these new handles? Looking forward to seeing them on future models. Really liking them! That rope cut is making the G10 pop!!
