Busse customer service

Not so bad Jason! Besides, I "see" the lovely Busse ladies in my mind every day!:thumbup::D:thumbup:
 
I have an ongoing, re-occurring, and unresolved problem with Busse customer service.

They keep releasing new models, which I dearly want, and for some reason that I can't explain, none of them show up in my mail box free of charge?


I keep sending emails and leaving nasty phone messages complaining, but they just don't seem to care that I have not received a free sample of each knife???????


What gives..........where is the love?


I even promised to pay for all the new knives at some future time, if I ever win the lottery!

Yeah you right about that Garth!!!!

I am called GravelFACE!!!!! Mrs Gravelface and I were just discussing this today. Also, youngest Gravelface want to go to Knob Creek and Princess Gravelface wants to got to Blade, she said she like the red headed lady that gave her the Busse Pigs (Amy).
 
Stacy, when you have been around as long as I have, you learn to appreciate the finer things in life!!!;)...:p

Now that is a handsome young chap:D
 
too bad they can't put a Double Cut finish on one of their own knifes any more..it has to be sent to a 3rd party?!
They use to take care of their own when they had no Custom Shop. Now they have about 10 guys that do nothing but "customs" and can't put a Satin or DC finish on a freakin blade? Sorry, I'm not seeing the forward progression.

Wow! What a way to piss all over the party pinata.
I wasn't aware they refused to do this though. They have done everything I've asked so far.
