Busse customer service

Only good words about Busse customer service ! Very nice people to deal with . And is the same with Scrapyard .
 
too bad they can't put a Double Cut finish on one of their own knifes any more..it has to be sent to a 3rd party?!
They use to take care of their own when they had no Custom Shop. Now they have about 10 guys that do nothing but "customs" and can't put a Satin or DC finish on a freakin blade? Sorry, I'm not seeing the forward progression.

Hmmmmm. . . . This doesn't really have anything to do with the quality of Busse Customer Service.

It does have to do with the capabilities of the custom shop and I can assure you that if we can do the work at a reasonable cost . . . we will do it. . . Why wouldn't we? . . .

There are only a small number of models that we can't do a satin or double cut finish on at a reasonable cost.

If you are referring to one of those models, I'll explain to you why we are unable to get it done. :thumbup:
