Busse FFBM vs Himalayan Imports 18" AK Chopping Video.

Those are some nice looking AK's Ankerson, What type of steel do they typically use to make them.

Leaf Springs from big Trucks. :D

They pound it out and heat treat by hand. :)

They are all 100% hand made.

If I only had a KZ to compare them too. :D

I would have to put the KZ against the 18" AK as they are about the same size etc. ;)

They should be plenty tough then I would assume. I guess they differentialy heat treat them for a soft back and harder edge.
How do your edges hold up for sharpness, rolling, denting, ect.ect. Thanks,

INFI holds an edge better. ;)

But the AK's are very easy to sharpen, don't get much rolling and zero chipping.

Sound like they leave them a little soft so they can take more abuse and not just snap or break.

Sounds interesting I'd like to possibly get one some day to try out. The KZ should be good to go then, Infi goodness too!

I would think the KZ would be awesome despite what I heard from some, if they are 38 ounces then that's fine. :D

A Khurki doesn't need to be or wants to be too light when it's a chopper. ;)
