Busse Knives Being Outsourced????

:thumbup:I choose to ignore the ones who choose to be ignorant. I could care less what idiots think or say but laugh at them as I quietly walk away. We all know where the more intelligent people who can thing for themselves are at. Right here!
 
I do believe the knives are 100% in house. However, I'll say this. Whatever you folks do and wherever (Mars, Venus, China or USA) you get your parts. I love the Blades you roll out. Doesn't matter to me if you're mining asteroids for the materials, I'll still buy them.
 
Its good to see a superior product being made here in the USA...even if it keeps the cost of the product up! Keep it "made in America" boss, and we'll keep buying 'em.
 
People who don't understand the desire to own a Busse, have never used one.

Just ignore them.

Thanks for the head's up and your comments. I wouldn't have believed it anyway without confirmation from Wauseon, OH. While I am not a hog, I do like and collect Busses.
 
Dont worry about UJ's comments, he's had a vendetta since he was barred from here, and he keeps trying to cause trouble elsewhere.

Elsewhere, he is no more, was temporarily, but if I have anything to say it will be permanent.

The fellow calling retard and the other fellow repeating it here are equal in my eye. I am watching both of you, closely. Spreading manure is not acceptable anywhere.

I don't defend anyone, anywhere, anymore, period. It only ends in someone getting their shorts in a wad, its best to move on and not give attention to those like UJ who just want to cause trouble.

What? All I did was copy and paste someones post from a thread that Jerry Busse himself brought the attention too. I think that guy is full of crap on not made in the USA issue too! I dont like Jerry Busse marketing and inflated prices but so whats that got to do with the issue?

We all know he feeds you too after all Armoralleather is for sale at the company store, kinda makes it the official Busse leather doesnt it??
 
As far as I can tell UJ is still sore over the fact that he was banned from BF (for threatening a moderator's life.)

He was a staunch supporter or Busse for a long time, but his behavior here was unbecoming and I suspect his ejection from these forums was the same thing as a rejection from Busse in his mind.

The best advice I can give regarding UJ: Do not feed the troll.

Course that leaves open the question of Single malt, blended malt, blended Scotch, blended grain Scotch or single Grain Scotch....

DOH! Guess I'll have to lurk around some more and hope Jerry slips up again ;) :D
 
When I first started buying custom knives I bought them for the looks, than I focused more on the steel and than I focused on the people making them. I've dealt with makers who flat out think they are better than all human beings and what nothing to do with you except take your hard earned money! I've only recently come to understand how much better Busse knives really are. Their out look on life makes you really understand how much love they have for the work they do and the people who buy their knives. I have never seen this from any other knifemaker out there! This is why I'll be buying more Busse knives than from any other knifemakers out there for the rest of my life! The best quality work in the knife world from the best quality people in the knife business, that's what you get from Busse Combat. And that's all I got to say about that!

I have never seen a group of makers and retailers of their knives, so loyal and helpful to their buyers ! I don't normally talk much and what writing I do is typically in the Political Arena, but I must say, the Busse Crew, to include the Swamp and Scrapyard folks, are top notch, class AAA +++ people!:):thumbup::thumbup:
