Buddy it is not just thay the knife looks like a ripoff of a Busse. That guard with the hole in it is a Busse trademark. They are literally illegally using Busse's intellectual property.

This is the same thing as a company making a knife with the Axis Lock.

Yeah gotta call bullshit on that. Many of their knives are blatant copies. Hell their stated purpose is to copy expensive knives. They come right out and say it. I know many custom makers whose designs are clearly their own art. You need to drop this foolish defense of ripoff con artists.

One of those sold, but there is another one available. Maybe, they are being purchased as Busse movie props?
I am thinking that if you win and then do not pay because of trademark infringement, they cannot do anything about it. After all they are selling an illegal knife, really. Unless Busse gave them permission, lol.

I have seen other companies copy the look of Busse and other makers like Tops. But when you add the hole in there it is a trademark. Big no no
