BUSSE saves US SEAL

Perfect timing, I just got in today from a 2 day Channel Islands fishing trip, where two seals got hooked trying to eat someones bait. It made me stop fishing half way through the first day. I got home saw your video and felt a little better, but even more convinced that I wont fish anywhere near seal habitats any more.

Great job man.

I thought I recognized that name, I remember meeting Jeff my first Blade show, at least I think it was my first. He came bearing some excellent smoked salmon.

Jeff,I've spoken with you for less than an hour in the last couple of days,
but it's enough for me to know that you posses two (of many)qualities (as demonstrated by that footage):
a Man of compassion,
and a Man of action.
The Universe, and the Old Man Upstairs seem to have decided that we should
become acquainted,
and I'm really looking forward to seeing what roads we will share in the future...
Peace on you and your House,
Wolf.

Good save!

Couple of points:

1.) Note that as cute as they are, you have to be careful rescuing small animals (or big ones), they DO have teeth, they WILL use them, they DON'T know what you're going to do. So, good moves using the stick.

2.) The "let nature take it's course" comment:
.....a.) It was trapped by man-made stuff, it wasn't hunted an killed.
.....b.) Like it or not, humans are PART of nature, and a human rescuing an animal IS "natural selection" -- the human selected to save that life.

Progunner, yes that was me with the salmon (I also passed out some neat plastic knives), good memory.

Wolfdragon, yes we will meet very soon. I just got something that belongs to you (it came from Eric)
