I'm upset too. At least 14 emails since yesterday saying "I send you your payment now" and... NADA! NOTHING! Rien du tout! QUE DALLE!!!!

You can certainly set any conditions that you please, it's your sale. I would suggest that you include that info up front in all your sale posts to avoid future misunderstanding and hard feelings.
