Thanks for the video! The MOAB did much better slicing than I expected. For those who don't know, the MOAB is about .35-.40" thick compared to the SY Elmax 340 at .095".
Maybe I NEED a MOAB for the kitchen, since it can handle anything from small tomatoes to watermelons!

This one is a smidge over .4". It's sharp and it slices, cuts, chops, batons, digs, prys and frightens.![]()
