Button Guard "Short Bowie"

Here's a design I really have been wanting to get back to. After staring at this blade for quite awhile I finally got the chance to finish it up. I hope you like it.

This Short Bowie has a 4 7/8" blade forged from 330 layers of high carbon damascus steel (9 1/2" overall length). The fullered "button" guard is "wagon wheel" wrought iron. The handle is stabilized Maple Burl wood with a red spacer and stainless steel pin. The knife comes with a tooled leather pouch sheath with belt loop.
