Buy a sebenza or wait till the busse folder comes out?

I second this^^^. I've owned Strider folders before....couldn't get rid of them fast enough. Many many folders that stand up to and exceed Strider....Like a Medford. The Busse folder will be much better as well.

The Busse forum is the only one that I always check the date of the thread before I post. The Hinderer Xm-24 is a beast and so well made.
 
Wow, i knew this "Folder" talk been going on for a while, but 13 years ? Dannn, wonder if we're any closer to thee folder now, than they were in 2003 lol
 
There are some here who have gone grey waiting for the Busse folder...

I didnt even know a Busse folder was being considered by Jerry. I would be happy with more EDC size blades by Busse. i live in NY so it would be hard to actually EDC a fixed blade here but i do when i can. I keep a folder in my pocket at all times. The folder in my pocket now is a ZT 0456. its the most expensive folder i have and i love it. i love it more then my BM Nakamura
 
hmm... the only real question is what did the OP choose? and were they happy, or have they been waiting all these years for a Busse folder...., which is obviously now (because it's the future) right around the corner, probably no more than two weeks away.
 
Not a lot of love for Kizer in most places but I have beating one for about 2 years now. Great blade.

The Busse folder as been 2 weeks out for what the past 20 years? Buy you a good folder. The Hinderer XM18 has been taking up most of the time in my pocket.
 
Get a Sebenza and get a Wicek sheath to go with it, he makes some extremely nice leather at affordable prices AND will let you choose the stitching and leather color.

Now that that's out of the way...I bought a CS 4Max and couldn't be happier with the F&F...

I haven't put her thru the paces yet, but I'd say anyone would be hard pressed to find a better value in a production folder that's just one degree separated from its custom cousin.
