buyer beware

So the most important question remains unanswered by the OP: did the seller agree that you pay through PayPal G&S? It does not matter a squat that you paid him extra $5 or $50 or even delivered the cash in person IF he didn't agree. Don't like his sales rules? Just walk away he didn't force you to deal with him.
 
those negatives were not about money transactions or goods . all im saying is that i will protect myself , ive been scammed before , ex .. some years ago i sold a bark river to this guy from CA , he paid by money order ,
so i shipped him the knife , my mistake was not adding a tracing # . he claimed the package never got to him ..mind you . the guy had like 10 posts on hereUSPS claimed they left the package and someone signed for it ..but he swore he never recieved the blade
at first i didnt want to give him his money back ,bu he made a big sink , so i reurnedhis money back via a MO ,,but that he did recieve

this was like in 96' i believe he gave me a negative feedback on that one ,,
