Julie Fox, Customer Service Representative for BuyItOnline has gone out of her way to help me with my lost Leatherman Micra order, which fell through some electronic cracks and which apparently never made it into the buyitonline system.

For some reason when I hit the submit button, I did not get a confirmation of any kind and my order from Outdoor World didn't make it into their system (no email confirmation).

Well, after a couple of emails (and 2 weeks later) - Julie Fox, Customer Service Representative, has now belatedly placed my order for the $6.48 Leatherman Micra. That's why I'm posting here. I can't help but report
this good news. This is one very nice young lady who has gone out of her way to be helpful. I am very hopeful now that my Micra is on its way.
 
I just want to commend them for sucking it up and delivering on what must have been a very big bath for someone. With 2000+ orders, they must have been thrown for a loop, but I got both of mine and couldn't be happier.

Ditto on stjames.It would be the sporting thing to do to at least go to their site occasionally,on the chance they will have something of interest they can make a profit on.They have proved to be reliable!

Yes, they certainly have proved to be reliable. Considering how many orders we placed I don't think we could expect all of them to go through smoothly. At least they seem to be covering those that slipped through. I just wish they shipped USPS...UPS seems to have problems coming from the west coast to here (FL)
 
Well, it finally came. Final 2 thumbs up for these folks on this deal! Pretty neat. $6.22 well spent.
