Buylighters.com Problem?

This maybe off topic for BLADEforums but i didnt know where else to go.(people on bladeforums respond quickly)

I recently purchased a zippo combo with the zplus insert along with a pack of wicks and flints from buylighters.com. Everything arrived except the zplus insert. I have tried contacting buylighters for a week now with no response.

What should i do and has anyone purchased the combo pack from them before? If so, did the insert arrive with everything else.
 
This thread is just right for this specific sub-forum. It is quite possible, even likely, though, that nobody here has had any experience with this vendor. You might try to do a Google search and try to find some feedback elsewhere. You might also try emailing these people a link to this thread. Maybe that will make them prick up their ears. Many people who read these threads use lighters of various sorts and Zippo brand in particular. They will now know to avoid this Buylighters.com outfit. Good luck getting your insert.

Zippo has one of the best customer service reputations of any company in the world. On the outside chance that this vendor buys direct I would let Zippo know about this issue.
 
they finally emailed me back asking what was missing. I should have said everything, but i have higher moral values than that. lol. But I do hope they slip something else in for my trouble ;)
