KCI had them (briefly) in stock this morning. All out of stock again now.

Cutlery Shoppe doesn't have them in stock yet but they have the cheapest price by about $30. Jeff said as soon as they start getting their order they'll start shipping them out based on the pre-order status of each customer.

Yep. I'm fine waiting...if you REALLY want one now, there's always the SFO.

Hmm, looks like one could swap the front Ti slab for a G10 or CF scale from another Millie. Cut down on some extra weight and have more grip. I`m in!

Figuring the weight difference between a full G-10 Millie 4.2oz and the Ti Millie 5.9oz is 1.7oz then divide by 1/2 since you only replacing the front scale and you might save 0.85oz.

what about swapping a blade from a s90v version then you would have somethin;)

So I`ll shave off nearly an ounce AND have a better grip, I`m still in;)

I know a little bit about the Cutleryshoppe situation because I emailed them asking about the status. I'm gonna post Jeff's response here, if somebody from Cutleryshoppe minds just contact me but I'm assuming they won't mind me quoting their email here:

"We started taking pre-orders in June.
Spyderco only sends 5 knives to each premium dealer, so as you might imagine, that does not go very far in filling backorders.
We'll fill orders as quickly as we can - first in/first out - as we receive knives from Spyderco.
Could be a couple weeks - could be a couple months from what our rep at Spyderco tells us, but we'll get you taken care of as soon as we can.
Thank you for your business - and your patience.
Stay sharp!
Jeff"

Wonder how many "premium" dealers they have? Production was mentioned at 50-100 units a months though Sal has indicated they were not going to ship any until they had more ready to go. Five per dealer seems pretty slim pickins unless they are shipping to a lot of "premium' dealers.

I agree, it didn't make me feel very confident about getting one any time soon (I preordered in October). There must be quite a few Spyderco dealers. There might also be up to 200 collectors, which means a fair amount of knives could have already been spoken for.

I preordered one in November. I also got on the waiting list for the M4 Military. If I am way back on the preorders, it'll be interesting to see which I get first. Don't mind the wait.

nice.. wish I could afford a digi camo or orange military.. I still do not own a spyderco :/ but am eyeballing the centofante 3 since it's cheaper.

Just ordered one from KCI....they showed in stock so we will see. Look forward to checking it out in person. I am glad these are made in Golden!!

Well I got it today. Very nice knife. Solid with good lock up and nice heft. Gonna have to give it some use and see how she performs.
