I bought some extra improved plowshare cable a while ago, and was playing around with welding and heat treating until I was ok with it. This one is good. It was heat treated and polished to 1000 grit and then etched to show the strands.
The handle is desert ironwood. It is sculpted, faceted and polished and fits the hand well. It is held in place with pins and G-flex epoxy.
The sheath is hand tooled leather from Wickett and Craig. The knife fits well and draws easily.
Dimensions
Blade - 3 1/2" tip to handle
OAL - 8 1/4"
Price - $195 shipped to US. I will ship internationally for an additional fee.
I will have this posted elsewhere, so the first timestamp saying "I'll take it!" gets it.
