Due to the overwhelming response for the CAD software, I need to do this another way. If you are interested in the software, I will send you a disc. I will need an e-mail at david@greatlakeswaterjetinc.com with full shipping info. I do not charge for this! I am only offering this to BladeForum members. I will be more than happy to assist your design and learning the software at any time. Please allow me a few days to send this. I have to burn discs and package them. If you already asked for it and haven't got it yet, please send me an e-mail. Thanks again for a great forum and a great bunch of people to hang out with!

It has come to my attention that file #4 is now corrupted. DO NOT DOWNLOAD till this is repaired.

Since your in Chicago, you could pick yours up at the knife show next month if you like.

Well thats over 50 requests for the disc right now. Guess I need to get some more CDs. I'll get these done next week.

Could you not post a .zip file on your web site? Put a password on the folder and post the password on this thread in forum?

Do you have a Mac version of this software?
Frank

Frank, the program is too big to do a zip. Right now this software is Windows NT based.

I currently have Autocad 2009, is the software you use better or easier to use. You could also either rip it to an .iso file or take the files from the disk and .rar it into split archives to upload to file sharing servers like megaupload or rapidshare and put link and password here would save you some time and money on burning discs.

If anyone can assist me in sending this program in an e-mail, that would be great:thumbup:

Most email accounts only support up to 10MB files, would take you forever to send that way. especially if you dont have superfast upload speed. The file sharing websites are the only way I know of doing that short of your own FTP server, and the file sharing websites youd still have to split into 100MB files. The easiest way for you would be to use your burning software to save it as an .iso file instead of burning to a disc, and use winzip or winrar to split it into 100MB .zip or .rar files and upload to a file sharing website, then the person downloading it would only need to either burn it to a disc or use something like daemon tools to mount in a virtual drive and install. Or select all the files on your original disc including any hidden files and do the same with winzip or winrar. As much as CAD software costs I would think anybody you sent it to would be more than willing to do this for you.

Ok guys, here are the links to download the CAD software. You must e-mail me for a password. Please do not MISUSE or SHARE this program in any way. I will remove the links if this happens. Also do not try to register the software. The only part you will be using is LAYOUT. If you have already e-mailed me, I will be sending you the password in a while. If you have any trouble, please e-mail or call me. Many thanks to safta for the assistance in getting this done. I hope this helps everyone in your designs.

Thanks again Dave glad I could help. He had to rar them since zip doesnt support split archives. So after downloading and getting the password from Dave youll need to get Winrar, http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar38b5.exe , youll end up with an .iso file you can either open it with your cd burning software and burn to disc or you can use this http://www.disc-tools.com/download/daemon to mount a virtual drive in your pc and install from their without burning disc.

CAD is an awesome tool. I use CAD LT 2008 everyday. If there is a tutorial I would suggest loading it and using it.

David - I have been looking for some cad software and would love one. I will send my email address.

Thanks
Mark

Dave its working great, I installed it without burning to a disc, so it does work that way too. There is one thing that might cause confusion, after installing it asks if you want to register the files, meaning Layout will be the default program that opens the files, its ok to do that but like Dave said dont register the software. Thanks again

Dave,
I sent you an email for the password. Thank you for making this available to us.
Safta, Thanks for your help in making this more easily obtainable.
Regards,
Fred

Works great, Thanks. It uses alot like Autocad, just gotta find where all the tool functions are. I'll get it figured out. :D

Same as Safta, I installed it without burning to CD. Works great., except for the videos. That will require a registry modification to correct, so I would recommend burning the iso to a cd. Thanks Dave!
