Calling forgers/Bladesmiths for a new TV show

Hammers, punches(anything that takes impact forces) get really dangerous with stress cracks. Shards can pop off at high speed. I had a piece of a mushroomed masonry chisel embed itself into the top of my hand, once.

Ouch, the meteor might have to go into full retirement, even punching a mark takes a pretty solid hit.

My concern was in their saying you would have about an hour to forge a finished knife.

You have to understand that the vast knowledge of Hollywood knife forging experts is based upon Rambo type movies. Not hard at all.
