Great picks fuji, how have you been anyways?

Also, what type of animals are in the area? any predators?

Thanks Fonly.
There are lots of deers. Can easily spot their tracks and often see their herd
when driving around Mt. Fuji at night.
Also wild pigs can be found though they are more shy than deers.
I've never seen but there also live black bears and sometimes
have trouble with people collecting autumn mushrooms.
They are said to be a close relative of the American counterpart.

I must have been out of town when this one originally posted. I'm glad it was resurrected. Very exotic and interesting thread! Thanks for that. Also I'm a big fan of carbiner knife carry - very handy allowing you to attache it to belt loop, pack or baldric style with the hardly any effort.

And yes, attaching sheath with biner is quite convenient especially for me
as I put on and take off various things including harness, packs, jackets,
rainwear, and so on.

Awesome place! Thank you for sharing.

Thanks WoldTracker.
I'm happy you like my favorite field.
