Can anyone make a 'Case' for the SS Peanut?

Nice choice.
That green is eye catching.great specimen. Welcome to the cult.

We shared a drink or two to get acquainted.

Oh yeah, I happened to have asked my store to order a Case Dark Red Bone CV while I was there. Figured I might as well :)
Nice peanut, and as a former chivas drinker, drink enough and you'll be seeing multiple peanuts more value for your money:D

Nice!

I have to admit that the green is eye catching. A good knife for Saint Patricks day. You do know that you're on a very slippery slope, don't you? Be warned, peanuts like company.:D

Carl.

Congrats.

Like Carl said. :D

Be carefull at first, peanuts are known for biting their owners :D specially on the ring finger when you close it one handed, just to say "hey I'm small but be aware and treat me with respect"

Mine usually nips at my pinky. Happened again just a few days ago when I was starting to do something else while closing the peanut.

And, as the others have said, Congratulations!

Never mention their diminutive stature or they'll get angry and bite. Peanuts tend to have a little bit of a Napoleon syndrome.

well, too late for you now, but, if you allow yourself to buy non CV, your options are much broader, for example, you can now also consider a Sway Back Gent and a mini copperhead wharncliffe, neither available in CV afaik..

I only buy CV, helps reduce the number of knives Im tempted to own. My first peanut was a test, I bought a Rough Rider. Did not care for the lack of half stop, nor the blade opening angle. And I really did not like the shiny stainless blade, even though it cuts fine. I gave the Rough Rider Peanut away, and carry a stag damascus peanut instead. I blame Carl.

Congrats on your peanuts, post more pics please :-)

Thanks everyone I really like it so far!! I told my knife store to text me as soon as they get in my red CV Peanut, the guy behind the counter said 'Don't worry, you're on my speed dial' :D

She is definitely my current EDC. I have her paired with a Leatherman Squirt PS4, together this tiny twosome feel like they can handle anything.

Is that what they call their "clover bone"?

It's actually called 'Bermuda Green' from the Pocket Worn line. Looks pretty nice in person.

your Green is much different than this online photo

otoh, here is another Bermuda Green Pocket Worn peanut, that looks more like yours

I really like the pocket worn scales because they are rounded, unfortunately only available in SS

Jon I've been tempted to contact Case and see if they would put CV blades in a SS Peanut if I bought the Peanut and sent it to them and pay for the work.

I down-home pocketwore mine in a hurry with some fine grit sandpaper, a soft cloth and polishing paste. Looks fact'ry. :D
Stich- They might just do that. I haven't checked in a while but IIRC they do blade changes for a fee. I'll check.
I personally think that a 'Nut in pocketworn Bermuda Green or red bone with a CV main blade sounds good. (never use the pen, but it rusts :o)
Edit- I can't find anything that says they do.
