Can I buy GEC anywhere these days?

All I can think of if it popped up as a banner ad I may have thought it was spam without reading it and closed it out? Don't recall doing that though. Bugger aye.
 
madcap_magician madcap_magician I attempted to purchase one of those on two different occasions. Both times it failed when I tried to submit the order. I don't remember specifically what the message was; but the second time it left the impression that there were none available.

Maybe it's a site error, I was wondering why the heck they were still available so late. Granted it was a big SFO and priced high enough to discourage casual flipping, but it was still a nice GEC.

Not surprising. It seems GEC's released for retail are "sold out" inside one or two seconds, then immediately available on "the big auction site" for considerably more by the "scalpers".

What I don't understand is how some of the "scalpers" have them available for immediate shipment (and have all cover choices, if/when applicable) the day they are released. 😳🤨
(Greedy authorized licenced dealers selling on the big auction site, rather than at retail on their store's website? 🤔)
 
Where is everyone buying new GEC knives these days?

I've been looking for a StockPen for several weeks and can't seem to find one anywhere. (I'm not willing to pay scalper prices on Ebay.)
