Welcome to BF. I've not done business with them, but they have phone numbers and a physical address on the site.
Have you called them? Are there real people on the other end?
Do a google search and see if anybody has anything negative to say about them.
In truth, I've never been ripped off by any online business selling knives/outdoor gear.YMMV.

They are a distributor in disguise as a dealer selling direct to the public. They undercut their own customers to sell direct. Anytime a place is selling at 50% or more off retail they are a distributor. Dealers cannot operate at those prices. Some manufacturers approve, but most don't. I personally would not buy from them just for that reason. They want their cake and eat it too. :barf:
