Can we get an official word on the Izula folder?

Been patiently waiting on this dude since the first rendering popped up. Not a big folder person, but this one has always had my interest.
 
Are the plans to have the handle dimensions the same as the Izula or the Izula II?
My vote personally would be for it to have the same dimensions as the Izula II.
 
The Izula is sort of the star of our whole line so we want it produced by Rowen. Afterall, if there was no such thing as Rowen then there most likely would have never been an Izula ;) Bottom line, is we are flat swamped right now with other projects so there is no timeline, but IT WILL BE MADE :)
 
I will be picking one of these up for sure! I like the idea of the carabiner clip option on their but it looks cheap in the pic. I hope if they do make that an option that hey will make it high quality. I wouldn't want to lose my knife b/c of carabiner failure :confused:
 
Having skipped the HEST folder, I'm looking forward to this one. Hope you guys don't take too long :)
 
I am super excited about the izula folder. I really hope it will be titanium though, as weight is a big deal to be. That rendering (or close to it) in titanium would be a dream and would likely see more pocket time than the HEST folder will. :eek:

I guess its all in the interpretation of what R.A.T said. Me, i interpret it as saying "get the HEST folder, its gonna be a while (but it will get done)":D;)
 
any ideas on what the price will be for this folder? will it be priced like the izula's now? or more like the hest folder?

Well, that's a computer rendering. In a rendering you can use any material you want, so that is probably pure adamantium and completely unbreakable. :D The real one will almost certainly be different...
 
Thats some great news and I am really looking forward to the Izula Folder. Its going to be a sweet knife.

I'm pretty sure it will be close to the HEST Folders price.

I can't imagine it being as cheap as the Izula. If I had to guess, I'd say it will probably be around $150 - $180. That's purely my guess though.

I dont think it will be near that. Ive read that it will be cheaper than the hest and the hest is like 175 sooo. I would say right around 100! I hope cheaper!
