Canadian prices suck

I live in Edmonton Alberta Canada. Here are some examples of knife prices in reputable stores and dealers around here. I think they are way to high; i don't know about other parts of the country:

Rat Izula $96

Becker necker $60 ( just bought one,wanted it lots )

Buck 119 $70

Buck 110 $60

Becker BK-2 $128

Short K-Bar black $ 91

Rat RC -4 $ 208

Cold Steel Master hunter $ 178

Schrade 80-T China made $39

Knives of Alaska Yukon w/rubber suregrip. $98


Just a few examples.
I think we are totally getting ripped off, and those blades are from a diverse variety of stores. :thumbdn:

Yeah, I've noticed the prices are very high in the Canadian B&M stores. There are a few online Canadian stores that offer better pricing.

Thanks Keith. The online prices on CDN sites are somewhat better. I guess the B&M store mark-up is something you have to live with, if you want a blade that you can buy immediately.
