Can't decide on an EDC under $50

So i used to EDC a SOG Twitch 2. Was not a bad knife at all though had some flaws-blade too short, assisted opening (prefer non assisted), and pocket clip wasn't deep enough. If there was a bigger, deeper carry non assisted Twitch I would love that.

Only paid $40 for that knife and lost it around a month ago.
Now I'm looking for a replacement. I'm pretty open to suggestions, though I know I like a traditional look. I'm pretty torn between the:
Kershaw CQC-5/6K-really like the wave feature, aluminum on the 5K, though will be heavy
Kershaw Skyline-really like the look but not sure about the G-10 tearing my pockets up, dont like liner lock, pocket clip isnt deep, I do like how its not assisted and light
Spyderco- wouldnt mind finally owning one though not sure of the model (Delica//Tenacious?)

Honestly in terms of steel I'm not expecting much.
Really can't bring myself to spend more as I lost my last knife, but would love a nice Spyderco or mini-grip
Any ideas?

The Kershaw Emersons left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt like you paid a premium for the collaboration and got a knife that was generally sub-par by Kershaw's usual standard.

I'd get a Kershaw Link in that price range. Whichever version you prefer. They're nice, solid assisted knives made in the USA with good steel, great ergonomics and CHEAP!

I'm a Delica fan as well. Another sub-$50 knife that doesn't get enough respect is the Boker Trance at $40 or so. It is a flipper but it's non-assisted and needs some wrist action to work. It also thumbs open as fast as an auto without the legal hassles. Failing that there are also the Ontario Rat 1 and 2, both of which have a lot of fans. I've never handled one and prefer frame locks to liner locks, but many people here love the Rats, and the base models are $30 or so.

I have a Kershaw Emerson 4k, 6k, 7k, and 8k. They are all fantastic. The 8k has the best lockup of any knife i've ever seen. You can nearly get 2 of the colabs for the 50 you want to spend from KershawGuy.

Spyderco Delica's are also sweet. I have a ss version i really like.

The Emerson line is kind of like a lottery, the 5k i owned has unintended chisel grind, the 6k has screws that damaged the edge of the knife, and has terrible lock stick. The only perfect one i've had is a 7k. For the price i would recommend a delica or a pacific salt!

real steel knives have some really nice knives in that price range. the real steel gerfalcon is a pretty nice flipper, i have one myself. comes in a couple different colors.

The Delica is a good knife and I am a big fan of the Sale Series.

If you like deep carry pocket clips then the Thermite is very affordable - but it's assisted opening.

The Ontario RAT-2 is very affordable and handy - but it's a liner lock.

I vote Spyderco Delica 4 FFG. you can find it for around $50. It is pretty small, and lightweight, but don't think it can't tackle your biggest problems. One of my favorite spydercos. Option 2 would be getting an Ontario rat 1 with D2 steel. Can't go wrong there

Can't go wrong with a Link or Blur from Kershaw.

The Delica and tenacious are also good choices.

If also suggest a large Buck Vantage, select or force select can be had for around $40.

Probably the best bet for the money though is the Rat 1, as mentioned above especially in D2 from KnifeWorks.

For that price the Pacific Salt/Salt I is your best option, in my opinion. Used they cost around your budget

And now that's Summer and hot no worries about sweat, water or the beach salty environment damaging your blade!
