Can't make up my mind on what to buy with X-Mas money

When I placed my order New Graham was all out of plain edges according to their website but they were also out of PS probably too recently for website update. After writing an email and talking to Mary Beth I asked if it would be possible to switch the order to plain edge if they were expecting any in shipment with the PS, "I am expecting some plain edge in. I will change your order to the plain edge but if by some chance they are on backorder then I will ship the combo edge." Perfect, I just want the knife and really can't make up my mind on which one I want. It's gonna be like my own little X-mas surprise not knowing what the big brown truck is bringing. Thanks for the great service, I recieved the email from UPS.
