Also, if you are going heavy a Mora is good.
If you take an axe or large chopping knife or machete then adding a Mora isn't going to make much difference to the total weight. It can be nice to have a smaller lighter knife for the detail work and wood carving.
e.g. BK-9 + Mora
or Machete + Mora
Yep, those combos would work quite nicely! You could chop & baton with your big knife/machete/axe/khukuri/whatever and then use the Mora for carving or food prep or whatever.
