I received a briefcase full of Carl Weill Rose-Keller Kitchen knives as a gift. I couldn't really find anything online about it, has anyone heard of these knives and know the quality of them
 
From my understanding these knives are part of a scam, akin to the guys selling speakers out of a van in a parking lot. I received a set about a year back as a gift and while they had nice weight and looked pretty, I could not cut a tomato with one. It was the thought that counts I guess but they were packed in the basement since that day.
 
Hey this carl weill set is unbelivable the product for the money is unbeatable I mean I pay $200 canadian for this set of 12 Pcs. of pots and for that much you cant beat it I mean you could go spend that much for 1 pot and the knifes I picked up for $70 canadian in a briefcase is unbeatable also I mean like what do you want and my wife is a chef at the Royal York hotel said the product for the price is one hell of a deal...I hope you people take this in consideration and stop hmmmm and hummming about it STOP and think about the quality your getting for the price.

If anyone is skeptical about Carl Weill products in Canada, its better to check it out yourself (Canada), it still best to check out and see for yourself. I was skeptical at first, its too good to be true, but with the 30 day money back guarantee policy i felt safer, and it didnt feel like they were scamming me. I have no complains about it so far good quality, well made…. and i got my knife set and cookware last Christmas 2007 from an actual Carl Weill distributor, called ITF CORPORATION. Plus the way I see it, if the distributor in BC (Vancouver, Canada) are “scammers” then their store should have been CLOSED by now. They’re license should have been taken away long ago, and they shouldn’t be allowed to operate or sell…there SHOULD be mobs of people complaining about Carl weill or the distributor…Also with the Carl weill products itself if they say its BOGUS or FAKE then the government should have banned it and shut down the distributor(s) well why are they still in operations then? Government has the utmost power to shut down a business (if its is not meeting their requirements, such as business permit, goods, and so forth)or if they find the distributor are selling knock off or counterfeit Carl Weill goods…which obviously they aren’t. they’re still in business !! meaning they’re good legitimate people! its the real deal. Why would they risk having an actual store and being seen if they’re “scammers”? I haven’t heard of anything bad commented on the distributor here in Canada or in the US, the only bad things i heard was from overseas, Spain especially…so the way i see it, i have nothing to worry about here in canada. Plus who in the world would trust a guy selling Carl Weill products in the back of his car/truck! I wouldn’t! thats probably a stolen goods! to close my post I LOVE carl Weill products! I hate bad people such as the “Dutchman” who would tarnish Carl Weill’s name just to make quick cash. BUY it in an actual store, or an actual distributor! see for yourself…rather than in a back of a car, or a solicitor who knocks on your door!!! I have bought my products in actual store/distributor…I have no complains yet and i have faith that they will stand on their LIFETIME GUARANTEE claim once my pots and pans gives up on me (from years of use ) then we’ll see if Carl weill products are good quality or not….i guess you’ll here from me then and thats my two cents.

ps: this is not a spam...I am not affiliated with Carl Weill or ITF corporation in anyway....just an honest customer, who is happy with her Carl Weill product....Thank you

LOL your such a joke Levati...Im only posting what I think is a good deal guess you people like paying $200 for one knife and drive around in your mercedes. Well people like us have to pay 1.45 a ltr and have to cancel our family vacations because we can't afford the good life like you people!

why the heck are you slagging a decent product at a fraction of the price of " chef sets " because of your own incompetence at sharpening a knife or cutting a tomato ?
