"Carl's Lounge" (Off-Topic Discussion, Traditional Knife "Tales & Vignettes")

That sure is pretty!

Just to show off a little, here's my desk knife from Kerry Hampton. I found a picture. Now I'm trying to find the knife!

Hope you find that nice desk knife, Gary!! You've reminded me of some knives I haven't seen for a long time!!

Tony made these for me over time, and I just located them easily, so let me do a little showing off also!!Desk knives 1.jpg

- that looks mighty interesting, Charlie. Thank you for sharing.

I've recently come across many sets of prepared Stag (looks like Sambar) handles and would be most grateful if you could let me possibly know sizes of that beauty............see if I can get a maker here in UK to make very similar to Tony's, if that's ok with you please....!?

Some nice Stag, Paul - I'm jealous!!Pruner sizing 1.jpg
The Pruner is 3 3/4" OA, or 95mm!!! If you print this pic Paul, you should be able to scale all your critical dimensions off it!!
The pile side;Prune Curve.jpg
If you need more, let me know!! The pile side pic is in a slightly larger scale!!

Those are nicer than anything I have, wow!

Looks like you've unearthed an archaeological treasure Paul @Chui ! Those slabs look like they've been in store since 1870 in some long lost bit of furniture in England 😍 We'd all love some ;) Great knives await for those who wait

Thanks, Will
