Carolina Reaper (CR35)

Where was that taken sir?
My friend, that is the Carbon Creek valley between South Prairie and Orting, on Hwy 162. It’s very sparsely populated and serene. Almost makes a fella forget how dirty and hectic the region is becoming .

Preaching to the choir, I know. I hope you and the family are flourishing, Josh . Enjoy the sunshine a peace out there on the other side of Mordor. 🤙🏼

Right on! We are doing well hope you are too. Who turned the heat up out here today? 😂

You better watch out !! That looks like a similar area where Richard Dreyfuss first spotted the UFO’s !!!!!!!!!
🛸🛸🛸
Just saying ,,If you start making a mashed potato mountain at dinner 😳🤔 🤪🤣🤣
…maybe I already have 🤪🤪🤪.

I Hope you’re doing well Bill. I’ll be picking your brain soon about “Tantosaurus” sheath making advice . Have a safe and prosperous day !

I gotta say, watching Todd Begg demonstrate all the different ways he'd use the Reaper to 'take care of business' was a highlight of the show. It was like watching Dr. Jekyll become Mr. Hyde... a little scary but oh so awesome. Todd discussing and demonstrating some of the 'applications' of ice pick grip over the sabre grip was informative, and Todd's enthusiasm for the design was both encouraging and humbling all at the same time.
Man, stuff just keeps coming back from the show- it was a pretty overwhelming experience, so a lot of stuff just had to get locked away in the ole cranium for later.

I've been thinking about Nathan's joke, and I think I get it now- like social media, the user/jokee is the content, and the punchline isn't really the point!

I would have loved to see that. 👍🏼 At next year’s show, I plan to do more learning and less buying…well, at least more learning . 😜

I didn't even buy any fuckin materials, I was so distracted. Kicking myself big time- I need stuff! And I coulda got it there!
🤦‍♂️
For sure…as a Blade virgin, it was overwhelming for me. I missed so much…..sensory overload…Arrrrrrgh !!! Should’ve spent much more time checking out sheaths also. Next year.

^Hmmmm? We should ask the man himself.

This subforum is lacking and seriously in need of a thread dedicated to anything and everything Scrimgeour, whether the solo projects like his Folder or the many many CPK collab variants.

Like Lorien had mentioned, Mark is really well known and respected in his peer circle but maybe it’ll also be good for the current and the future fans to be able to see everything Mark Scrimgeour under one roof?

If I end up talking myself into going to Blade next year to take in the pointy, edgey goodness. I'm going to have to hire a few of you pros to show me around the show and all the good places ... wink wink nudge nudge. I'm a countryboy that's used to backwoods gun and dog trading meets not hotels and ghon ... I mean Waffle Houses.

And if Yoko makes it I'm gonna need a ride to the ER to get an IV to rehydrated for day two ... it's been a few years since I played at that level ... I've been comfortably in the minor leagues in my old age.

^ View attachment 2212379I lifted the skirt up also. Found out that she’s a “bomber” ! Thanks for the reminder Scott. 👍🏼

Mr. Scrimgeour, we salute you !
Nice!

*** I assembled one of those Flying Fortress models way back in the day when I was a kid, and loved assembling those. I can still remember the distinctive scent of the glue.

*** So you got a bomber, and all Tensegrity got was what vitamins Mark takes in the morning? 🤣🤣🤣
