Carolina Reaper (CR35)

Reprofiled EDC 1?
What a pair!
Nom nom nom!

They are both Scrim Reapers, mine has buffed burlap and the black one may be the first one that was shipped to a customer.

I have no idea what Mark will be offering on scale choices, but it’ll be hard to hide mine once I get the prototype sheaths done. Working on three sheath styles, but one of them will likely only appeal to me, which is fine because mine needs one too 😁

Scrim Reaper! Very nice Chad

Hot diggity! Look what just came off the brown truck!
The handle is so comfortable on these reapers! I was a little surprised at how thick and heavy the knife is, not in a bad way.
I also really like the sharp 90° spine. I put it next to a PM2 for size comparison.
I already like the reaper a lot and I haven't even cut anything. Now I need to make a sheath! Hopefully I can get that done this weekend.

In case anyone wants to know, balance point isn't too far back on the handle. Seems to be about an inch behind the guard.View attachment 2166248
IMO that’s where it should be on a tactical blade. It facilitates grip changes and keeps the knife more planted in a self defense scenario. It does feel great in hand!
