Went and picked up the rifle today and just finished up mounting the scope and getting everything torqued to its happy place.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to shoot it for another two weeks. Gonna be a long two weeks.

That's why I went with tasco rings, a hogue stock and butler scope caps.

It's been a thing I've wanted to build for a long time. Figuring if I'm doing it once I'll do it proper. Buy once, cry once.

Where'd you get the patch?

I've got a whole bunch of patches I got from Amazon. A lot of the times its cheaper to get like a 20 pack of patches that have the 2 or 3 in it you like rather than ordering just the single patch too.

Apparently there was a big to-do where Daily Mail did an article or something on Tactical Bluey patches and the Karens who run most of the Commonwealth countries had a cow and now they're all unavailable and I'm pissed.

Correct. I believe they were originally sold by PatchOps, but BBC threatened to sue or did sue and PatchOps quit making and selling them.

They occasionally come up for sale on Ebay and Etsy, but they have gotten very expensive.
