Yes it is!
I installed a water heater for a client and she gave this and a few other pistols to me as a gift.
Her dad was Riverside PD so I’m sure these were all evidence locker finds.

Bob, as a Californian if I had to be limited (not politically but rather logistically living in the populated burbs with a penchant for venturing into the wild) to any two handguns, I'd also be picking a 9mm Sig and a S&W .357 Magnum (I also really like the Ruger SP101 but prefer the S&W). Great choices
