) and u treated the canvas with FILSON's Oil finish wax. (dry finish) it made the pack storm proof.

Looks like our very old Norwegian issue pack from years back
Pretty decent, not the thing to carry over 30 pounds in though..
Got one free after leaving the army:thumbup:
It is in the cabin as a spare pack.

My 10 essentials for woodsbumming weighs from 13 pounds, with no sleeping bag and 1 day's food, to 20 pounds with sleeping bag and 3 day's food. Both weights include 2 liters of water.
